A few people have the opportunity to be reporting to a manager who has an in-depth knowledge about the product and is able to understand the day-to-day activities of his team. As a Mechanical Designer, I reported directly to Jeff for about 2 years. He is the go-to person when faced with conflicts regarding scheduling, order complexities or if one had questions about questions about the product; he is very well versed with the intricate details of both mechanical and electrical aspects if the product, a rare combination for a manager. It was truly a pleasant experience working with Jeff as I gained lots of knowledge from him. I highly recommend him, and would welcome any opportunity to work with him again.
