Jeff oversaw the design/build efforts for a major manufacturing facility which I had the pleasure to be a part of. He was the brain behind the design of this highly automated state-of-art facility. While working with Jeff, I found him to be extremely smart and very knowledgeable in lean manufacturing. He paid attention to the details while never losing sight of the big picture. He was passionate about what he did, had strong work ethics and was an outstanding leader. It was fun working with Jeff and hope someday I get a chance to work with him again.

Jeff is a consummate professional who pays great attention to detail. As Kraftmaid began their venture in Utah, Jeff was an integral part of creating and installing their state-of-the-art facility, as project manager. He was a pleasure to work with and his knowledge of process improvement and lean systems is immense. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone interested in expert process improvement initiatives and project mangement.
