Set up quality goals and monitor failure rate in suppliers, drive supplier to produce high quality parts consistently, with improvement in yield quarter to quarter. -Conducting multiple DOEs for problem solving and actions validation, drive suppliers in area of failure analysis capability, including engineering resource and equipment readiness. -Working closely with cross-function team to provide engineer support for all the packaging projects -Provide on-site support for the major products manufacturing builds at FATP sites and own OK2ship from suppliers and contact with CM -Develop supplier quality engineer team and lead the team to improve quality of sensors for Meta projects.
