In charge of logistics, distribution of hazardous products and fleet maintenance in the northeast region, with bases in Camaçari, Bahia, Cabo, Pernambuco and Fortaleza, Ceará; responsible for annual budget expenditures of R$36 million, as well as operational reliability and delivery to 650 customers with 2,200 appointments per month; leadership of 22 direct employees and 200 contractors.Main Achievements:- Standardization of processes and procedures:Standardization of technical operating procedures, tax and accounting in the northeast region; the best of each sub-region was multiplied throughout the region, resulting in better jobs with added value for the end customer and reducing overtime by 60%.- Truck rollover elimination:Implementation of strong job training of drivers, mechanics, programmers, supervisors and coordinators, so they could evaluate their activities in order to eliminate rollover. The work took place in parallel with the corporate deployment of the on-line monitoring fleet system. The result was zero rollover in 21 months, with 15 million miles with 80 fleets. Responsible for the implementation of strategies aligned with the company’s Board. Responsible for managing client assets, planning and acquisition.Main Achievements:- Implementation of global standards (GOE - Global Operational Excellence):Member of Customer Service global team, where rules, procedures, policies and regional particularities were discussed, so that global standards were developed, thus standardizing worldwide operation.- Creation of Customer Service intranet portal: Creation of an information portal for the whole company, where all technical and operational information, such as process flowcharts, standards, manuals, procedures, and training videos were available.The result was decentralization of knowledge, reducing process accidents, losses, lead time for delivery of the works, while increasing customers' delight in the Customer Relationship Management program by over 90% in the first year.- Better Management with KPIs: Implementation of management controls over performance indexes, such as design and assembly lead time, stock rotation, listing corrective maintenance and preventive expenditures for equipment, and reducing accidents. The result was a reduction in average lead time projects from 45 to 20 days, reducing the average lead time of assembly from 120 days to 75 days, 13% reduction in maintenance costs, and 10% reduction in overtime for emergency calls. Responsible for design, assembly and technical customer service in the South and Midwest regions of Brazil (states of RS, SC, PR, MS, MT, AC, RO, TO, GO, DF); leadership of 60 direct employees and 50 contractors.- Preparation of technical and commercial proposals to customers, as well as negotiation.Main Achievements:- Primarization technical assistance to customers:Insourcing technical assistance to clients, hiring new employees for the leadership of the process, as well as technical and control structure. The result was a cost reduction of 15%, a substantial increase in reliability and quality of service and increased end customer satisfaction. The project was multiplied throughout Brazil in just one year.- Installation of the first hospital tank backup in Brazil:Delivery costs of this complex operation were reduced by coordinating the project at the site, which was the first in White Martins of Brazil.- Top security score in gas installation audit (Customer Service):Since the end of 2001, an audit program to process internal safety was implemented, where, until 2005 no maximum score was obtained. After massive work of training and compliance of facilities in customers, our team got the first perfect score in Brazil, making us a reference and multiplying good practices across South America.
