I had the pleasure of working for and with Jeff Oliveri for over eleven years within the Performance Excellence (PEx) department. Jeff stands out of one of the best leaders I have had in the simple fact of how much he was dedicated to personal development, and being an actual practitioner of Lean Six Sigma as opposed to just another certification. We successfully worked on several high yielding projects together, not just in terms of hard dollars, but also in core process. I can fondly say that the best projects I had the pleasure to work on, was with Jeff. When Breakthrough Managment Group International (BMGI) left ABG, Jeff and I were tasked with creating a Lean Training Class to certify new members of the PEx organization. I won’t soon forget the painstaking task at hand, including creating a new simulation to train Lean principles. To say the least, this was a huge success for ABG and in the course of a few years, we certified over 60+ employees. With his abilities, adaptability, process improvement mindset, and dedication, Jeff will make a great addition to any organization he wishes to pursue. His assertive dedication to the LSS core principles and attention to detail helped me mature to the Black Belt I was meant to be, and I owe him a sincere amount of gratitude for this achievement!
