I had the pleasure of working with Jeff for 2.5 years, the last year reporting to him directly. Jeff is a great leader, strong collaborator, has excellent customer service skills, advocates for his employees, and is great at delivering his message to a wide range of people. Jeff always took the time to recognize his employees, and is a great motivator. Any company would be lucky to have a leader of Jeff's caliber.
