Jeff is one of the most talented people I ever worked with. During his stay at QinetiQ-NA, he not only came up with the most innovative solutions for our project along with how to pitch them, he also was the first person in the team to mention test driven development, abstraction layer between messaging layer and application layer, along with a boatload of other ideas. As technical manager, he is one of those personalities, who you can approach anytime with any issues, and you would be most convinced that you would come out with a smile in your face. I would recommend his work anytime.

I worked with Jeff in 2012 on the topic of software development process improvement. At the time we were both working for a client that is a large enterprise organization (the federal agency OCC). We were looking for methods to introduce into early stages of software requirements and design work to improve projects' alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives. Jeff recommended creative and practical activities to and tools to introduce that would ensure that project teams keep the enterprise in perspective when developing their individual products. We're working now to weave some of these methods into the process. Jeff was easy to work with and his experience allowed us to work quickly and efficiently together.
