Jeff Wilson came in to help Littleford with our Lean Manufacturing implimentation. I worked with Jeff as a Lean internal coordinator. Jeff was clearly one of the most effective leaders and managers I have had the privilege to work for. His style is empowering and he leads by example. Jeff managed our Lean implementation program at Littleford Day. His ability to bridge and incorporate all levels of the organization into the program was impressive. He is able to listen and teach at the same time. This allows for redirection during the process so that all needs are considered and addressed.
