Jeff is constantly improving Weekends Only network infrastructure with the best tools he can find. He researches solutions to new problems that arrive, and implements best practices. Jeff takes ownership of the network, and prioritizes his work to the best benefit of the company. He is an independent worker, capable of taking on the work and implementing the solutions needed for business continuity and improvement. We have some very old, outdated Microsoft Access databases that Jeff used to administer and update for us. These databases were created by someone that didn't really know what they were doing, and are just thrown together solutions that don't even come close to best practices in database design. Jeff was able to come in and consult any time we needed help and pick up what was going on right away. Even with Visual Basic that was written with minimal notes, and Microsoft Access databases that run 15 unlabeled queries on startup, Jeff was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose and fix all issues we brought to him, while improving the outdated databases as much as possible. We also consulted with him on a move to MS SQL Server, and he was extremely knowledgeable on the subject.
