I had the pleasure of working under Jeff's leadership for seven years. Although I never reported directly to Jeff, I felt the impact of his leadership though every position that I held within Vitaligent. Jeff invested in me when my career was only beginning. His belief in me & my abilities, gave me the confidence to grow within Vitaligent, and to also take risks along the way. Early in my district manager career, I was selected to lead two concepts within the company. Jeff guided me greatly on learning another brand, and the skills required to manage two concepts successfully. As a Senior leader within Vitaligent, I always felt that I had a voice, and I always felt valued as a person as well as an employee. One of the valuable skills I learned from Jeff is how to spot talent, and how to prioritize their development. These skills have shaped who I am as a leader, and skills I have been able to pass down to my team. Jeff ensured that leadership classes were available to all managers within the company, and as we grew in to further leadership roles, Jeff ensured that the learning never stopped. The list of what I have learned though Jeff's leadership is endless, and has shaped my professional career. I am a stronger and more effective leader having worked with him, and will continue to lead with the values instilled in me though Jeff and the Vitaligent team.
