While I only served as Jeff's leader for ~6 months, I can tell you there's a reason why I hired him into our organization. His relationship management skills and ability to build partnerships are incredible. I gave him a tough book of business shortly after he joined my team and he took it and ran with it. He saved two highly escalated customers and turned them into win stories for UKG. Not only that, but his ability to network and build connections has led him to have great success as a trusted advocate for his customers and peers. Jeff is an asset to any organization and is always willing to roll up his sleeves to do what is right for the customer experience.
