In charge of 800 employees spread out over 4 call centers. I was a liaison between AT&T Mobility and AT&T Large and Retention call centers to help promote Wireless sales, inside marketing, service, training and incentives. It was my job to travel to AT&T call centers and meet with the centers sales managers, coaches and reps to promote wireless sales through training classes, distribution of current promotion offers, help resolve computer ordering issues and create incentive programs designed to motivate desired sales behavior at the center. I had to quickly develop professional relationships with many managers, coaches and reps to get their "buy-in" that would allow me to help them with their sales and training goals. I had to hold many training/marketing sessions with groups of reps and managers to show them the benefits of our products against our competition. • In my first full year as a Channel Account Executive my centers had the highest percent to objective within my group compared to the same centers being near the bottom of my group the previous year.• I am very good at building lasting professional relationships that foster good communication between accounts and management.• One of the centers last year had only hit 100% of their wireless goal one time during the year before I took over the center in mid June 2008. After I took over the center hit 100% of their goal three straight months and was at 98% to goal the fourth month and was the top selling wireless center in the region for that quarter.• Created all of our teams Mobile display price cards that showed the price and features of the equipment Show less

I worked at the GM parts plant in Lansing MI for two summers as a packing and shipping specialist. Once a crate of parts was brought to me it was my job to match up a part with the correct order and then package it and send it off for shipping. I also spent time at the shipping dock and had to place packages in the correct shipping hub based on its destination. This was a very good job experience for me and by the third week each summer I was doing my job as good or better than most of the regular workers. Show less
