During my time at Photodigm I have grown from a Process Technician into a Process Engineer. I have been able to develop and co-develop many of the process used today. I have gained knowledge and experience in lithography, holography, wet/dry etch development. Evaporated metal process along with the dielectric deposition development/processing as well. I was also a co-author on a publish paper titled High Power DBR Lasers. Many of the processes developed during my tenure at Photodigm were written, published and still actively used in production currently. Worked with management on implementing a strong safety culture in the workplace. Safety aspects included: Lab, Chemical, Gas, full environmental safety protocols.
