Residential Housing 2004 – 2007 Mr. Smigielski managed the construction of residential housing. His duties included sub-contractor management, purchase order and material tracking, scheduling, city inspection coordination, punch list coordination, and homeowner orientations. Mr. Smigielski managed the scheduling, safety and quality control from foundation to finishes of homes ranging from $200k - $400k.
