Major accomplishments include a complete implementation of a Telephony solution that is used by reservation agents to communicate with guests. This includes interaction with voice layer, business logic, database access and real time website for agents to use for answering calls, reviewing customer information, chatting with online guests. Implemented a fully functioning Authentication component using the OpenId Connect protocols that sit on OAuth2 and integrated that into the Navis application suite to secure all Saas applications.
