  Lead a maintenance mechanic team of 10 ranging from PLC technician to apprentice. Develop standard work for reoccurring jobs. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance program. Conduct performance evaluations for all mechanics, determine and issue corrective actions when appropriate, develop and maintain training program for all new mechanics across all 3 shifts. Responsible for development and delivery of total maintenance budget of $2.6 million, which includes Building R&M, project budget, and equipment R&M. Responsible to maintain: Ammonia system, bulk: oil, sugar, and flour systems. Responsible to also maintain: major minor farm, MAC control systems, Ruberg mixer systems, scales, surge hoppers, high speed packaging equipment including Jones cartoners, Bosch and Hayssen baggers, SpeeDee fillers, and Douglas casepackers. Also responsible for all structural building repairs.
