My role is to supervise and install iMIS membership & fundraising software (CRM) along with custom developed applications for medium to large -scale not-for-profit organizations. This includes hardware, software, networking and cloud services that perform mission-critical functions requiring constant uptime. I provide a front-line relationship with our customers on an ongoing basis, and responsible for achieving the highest satisfaction through the efficient implementation and successful operation of iMIS solutions. My position provides hands-on implementation, data conversion, database administration, training and support, which includes pre- and post- sales support. I interface with new and existing customers, resellers, Product Management, Software development, Sales, Support and Operations management.
