  In January 2009, Ross-Bain Green Building (RBGB) was formed as a green building consultancy to provide expert energy and environmental services to building owners, architects, engineers and contractors. The scope of our knowledge based expertise is contained under five key areas of client services: Green Building Consulting (LEED Administration) Commissioning of Systems Energy Simulation Energy and Water Audits Sustainable Facility Management The primary purpose of all of our work is to produce high performance green buildings.   As Director of Green Building Initiatives was responsible for initiating company wide green building criteria into all aspects of company operations. In addition to administering all elements of LEED projects, also performed energy simulation (modeling) to determine building performance, advised design teams on site, water, energy, materials and indoor environmental quality issues, conducted building energy efficiency audits and led seminars and workshops on numerous green building, environmental and energy efficiency topics. Work included duties as green building consultant for the new World of Coca-Cola Attraction in Atlanta, Georgia (LEED-Gold), and as green building consultant for the new Trees Atlanta headquarters building (LEED-Platinum), as well as experience with LEED guidance on numerous LEED registered or certified projects.
