In January 2009, Ross-Bain Green Building (RBGB) was formed as a green building consultancy to provide expert energy and environmental services to building owners, architects, engineers and contractors. The scope of our knowledge based expertise is contained under five key areas of client services: Green Building Consulting (LEED Administration) Commissioning of Systems Energy Simulation Energy and Water Audits Sustainable Facility Management The primary purpose of all of our work is to produce high performance green buildings. This goal is achieved by engaging with the project team to maximize opportunities, explore deep energy efficiencies, and utilize the most current and proven tools and technologies available today. We do not simply deliver a bill of goods but provide engaging and expert knowledge to support project goals and achieve optimal building performance – within budget! RBGB also provides expert building operations and maintenance consulting in order to help building owners and managers understand their current building condition, identify (and quantify) energy efficiency improvements, benchmark performance, and then implement systematic procedures for sustainable facility management and performance improvement.
