In 2018 my team was responsible for $1.2 million in net new business with a pipeline of over $10 million. Selected the technology, platform, and vendor to develop the NECS E-commerce website. The project was completed in less than six months and 10% below budget. Website traffic increased 117% and lead generation and conversions increased significantly month over month through organic growth methods and email marketing. Managed a wide variety of vendors to ensure maximum return on investment and contract obligations were met.
