The Arthur Project is changing the standard for the way that traditional youth mentoring is delivered for kids. We are unique in that mentors are graduate Social Work students who are clinicians-in-training rather than volunteers. The Arthur Project therapeutic mentors are each matched with 3-6 middle school mentees who become their primary focus, spending upwards of 500 hours with each student, each year. The commitment of our mentors allows us to provide a level of intensity that is needed and rare in other mentoring organizations.
