  Was the chief executive of a large multi-discipline organization responsible for management the Santa Monica Airport, numerous waterfront entertainment venues, and the City's Redevelopment Agency and Housing Authority. Significant achievements during this time period was the creation of the Third Street Promenade, rebuilding of the historic Santa Monica Pier, acquisition of properties in excess of $200 million, and a substantial growth of the revenue base far exceeding operational needs.
