As a graduate of NBCC Moncton's Civil Engineering Technology program (having had Mr. MacKinnon as an instructor), I can personally say that his lectures were well prepared, engaging, and relevant. He went above and beyond to help his students, and when Covid19 forced learning to take place virtually he ensured a smooth transition for our class.
