  I am currently enjoying practicing in the inpatient pharmacy at a small local hospital and assiting in the outpatient pharmacy when needed. I am also currently contracted as an embedded pharmacist at Mercy Health Physician Partners primary care office of North Ottawa Medical Group. There I provide anticoagulation monitoring and dose adjustment, diabetes education and insulin titration, and Medication Therapy Management services to patients referred to me by providers in the medical group.
