Jeff is now on my list of most admired people I know. He is fondly known as "The Mayor" in our workgroup because he is known and liked by so many people inside and outside Southwest Airlines. He has a rare knack for connecting with people in a very personal way. He is also a genius at understanding interdepartmental and functional relationships. If there is ever any change, he knows who is involved and who will be affected and he always ready to help. Besides all of that he is great at developing others and has a real passion for leadership and improving performance wherever he goes.
