NORESCO’s clients include federal government agencies, universities, state and local governments, school districts, hospitals, industrial and commercial businesses. Responsibilities as a NORESCO Project Manager:• Responsibilities include collaboration with engineering staff on final specification of energy conservation measures• Development of as-built construction documents, project-specific operation and maintenance manuals and project closeout & acceptance documentation• Collaborates with our in-house safety manager on development and maintenance of project site safety and health plans • Monitors all subcontractors for compliance to applicable safety codes, regulations, and standards• Responsible for organizing and coordinating all on-site construction activities with client and subcontractors.• Manage subcontractors to ensure quality control, cost control and adherence to the project schedule.• Prepare daily construction reports as well as monitor status to ensure the project adheres to the project schedule and expectations.• Maintenance of the project schedule and budgets, coordination of construction activities with customer facilities staff• Responsible for submitting a 2 week look ahead schedule (submitted to client weekly). • Develop and maintain a project critical path schedule utilizing Microsoft Project (submitted to client monthly).
