Conducted lecture and hands-on/Mock Scene scenario-based training of Domestic Violence, Field Interview, Building Search, Traffic Stop, Use-of-Force and various Jail scenes. Conducted new cadet pre-screening background checks, cadet discipline and mock scene competitions with other Explorer/Cadet Posts. Completed new cadet background checks and taught/conducted cadet oral selection boards to determine acceptance of new cadets into the organization, cadet promotions, and to ready cadets for hiring into law enforcement occupations.
