Converted over from Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Communicator. • Accounts Receivables; April 2007 – March 2008 - Analyzed and reconciled chargebacks (payment deductions) received from Target stores against their original invoices to verify the correct amount of each overage or shortage of product, pricing, and/or payments by obtaining required unloading reports for specific chargebacks from the carriers web sites, or requesting them through the mail or fax from the customers Distribution Centers, and obtaining and using all other necessary and required documents to research the validity of each deduction. Dispute letters were then sent to the customer requesting repayment of invalid deductions, which as an organization, with this focus, allowed the company to achieve one of the highest repayment percentages in the industry.
