Chris Ellerby

I worked in Jeff’s marketing leadership team in Scott Safety for approximately 3 years. As an aspiring business leader Jeff is definitely someone I looked up to and watched in terms of how he conducts himself. Jeff has strong business acumen, a customer first mentality and is certainly a great mentor / role model. Jeff continually questions the status quo; driving growth, accountability and urgency throughout an organisation to lead necessary change. Personally Jeff always took the time to provide positive and constructive feedback, as well as review important strategies, business cases or proposals to ensure that everything ran smoothly at an executive level. Jeff challenges you in terms of personal development; sometimes taking you out of your comfort zone, giving you increasing levels of responsibility and ensuring are ready for that next career challenge.

I believe Jeff to be quite an asset to Scott Safety. I worked with Jeff on a project regarding the 10 Year Anniversary of 9/11and found him to be very responsive, a great communicator and someone who gets things done. I was very impressed with Jeff's enthusiasm and highly recommend him as someone who follows though, stays on task and brings a project to a great positive conclusion.
