I had the privilege of working with Jeff during my tenure with Plano Synergy Holdings. Jeff is the Senior Director of Distribution and Transportation, in charge of the entire distribution network within the company. Jeff brought wide breadth of industry knowledge to the organization. Quickly after he came on board, his new structures, processes and procedures made a huge impact on the business. The on-time delivery and fill rate had double digits improvement in 2 years. Jeff has a great level of passion for the business. He is disciplined, a hard worker, yet a great leader. During the time at Plano Synergy, he delivered measurable results to the bottom line, which made him a valuable asset in any organization. Jeff and I have worked together hand and hand in the past 2 years. We had a great mutual respect for each other. I would highly recommend Jeff for any position that requires distribution and transportation expertise.
