I had the pleasure of working with Jeff at BP Solar in 2009-2010. Jeff did an excellent job bringing focus and direction to our North American sales organization, and driving dramatic performance improvement. Thanks to his strong performance, Jeff was given the opportunity to run our worldwide Sales organization. He embraced this expanded responsibility, and proved to be culturally adept and able to build strong relationships with customers in various geographies, with a focus on Europe. Jeff has the ability to think strategically about the business and set the right focus areas, while also being able to dive into the detail and performance manage his team, and engage directly with key customers. Given how quickly Jeff established himself as the worldwide Head of Sales, managing teams on multiple continents, I have no doubt that he will be able to apply this same flexibility and adaptability outside of the Solar industry as well. I have also been very impressed with Jeff's contributions beyond his area of direct responsibility. Jeff was always happy to help out his peers in other functional areas, which benefited my entire management team. In summary, Jeff is a well-rounded senior executive with an impressive track record and the ability to be effective in a wide range of industries and geographies.
