  ● Print out and distribute resident service requests to maintenance and porter personnel using One-site ● Close out completed resident service requests handed in by maintenance and porter personnel using One-site ● Walk through inspections of all 3 buildings providing work that needs to be done for all maintenance and porter personnel including; repairs to walls, painting, lighting, carpets, floors and bathroom that need cleaning or supplies. ● Programming of Electronic Keys by Schlage using Schlage Security Management Express Software on computer and using hand held Pidion device to program doors with including resident names, unit numbers and buildings. ● Escorting all outside contractors to residents apartments until work has been completed. ● Responsible for monitoring and the preventive maintenance of mechanicals including; domestic water pump equipment, sprinkler system, generator equipment, air handlers, roof top exhaust fans, BMS water loop system for all Air-condition and heating units in all apartments. ● Responsible for my own building Performing daily duties, apartment prepping, air-conditioning and heating repair, carpentry, tile flooring, plastering, plumbing, sheet rocking and completing resident work requests providing quick response to tenants needs and wants in a clean, fast and in a professional matter.
