  • Review tenant design drawings and assist in the management of the construction process for the 25+ million square feet of retail space in the PMG portfolio • Play a critical role in the design development of many big box national tenants (Forever 21, Burlington Coat Factory, Dicks Sporting Goods, etc)• Worked on site at Destiny USA for 6 months as a project architect for the nation’s largest LEED Gold retail facility and was involved in the design process on projects such as: common area development, facility unique connected storefront system (steel tube framing with tempered glass connected by spider clips), Pole Position Raceway, WonderWorks and Ropes Course (Canyon Climb), Dave and Busters (opening summer 2013), Texas de Brazil (opening summer 2013)• Prepared fixture plan proposals for national tenants and tenants new to the portfolio (Dave and Buster, Fuji Steakhouse, Koto Japanese Steakhouse)• Create renderings and digital imagery of proposed tenant build outs in context of our malls in order to assist the leasing team sell mall space to prospective operators (my digital renderings for WonderWorks at Destiny USA and Ropes Course at Palisades Center were posted to the WonderWorks national website serving as their “Coming Soon” graphics• Management of large scale design/construction projects (currently lead project manager for Retail Group of America roll out package which consists of 9 European tenant brands new to the US opening 52 locations at 9 of our properties simultaneously)
