Jeff was the Water Resources Lead for the Kami project whereas I was the Project Manager for the Mine, Infrastructure, Geotech, and Water Resources areas. In a word, I can describe Jeff as a "Champion". His strongest skill is his oral and written communication skills. They are top notch and shine well with client and team communications. He made himself available although, given his multiple priorities, he was in-demand. I can understand why as he is that good. I consider myself very fortunate to know Jeff.
