  Established by Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) in December 2015, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles was created to serve as an umbrella organization in Los Angeles County with the purpose of providing more effective and efficient services for low-income kids. Four existing Boys & Girls Clubs located in some of the most needy neighborhoods in Los Angeles were merged into one new entity with the goal of serving 50,000 young people by 2020.

  Co-led effort to secure and host the largest event held in Los Angeles since the 1984 Olympics. Responsibilities included oversight of all operations, logistics, sports, guest services and events, human resources, fan development, government relations, and philanthropic/government fundraising. The event raised $100MM and brought 6,500 athletes from 165 countries around the world and hosted them in Los Angeles for 12 days. It was the largest sporting event held anywhere in the world in 2015.
