Jeff and I have worked together at ADP for 7 years, during which he has been my direct manager and, recently, a peer. Jeff's strengths include process redesign and he has been consistently innovative, year after year, in order to grow margins in our segment. Jeff led the team that created the Deal Support Organization, which centralized pricing and contract decisions across the Division and reduced the opportunity to contract time for Sales. This project was so successful it has been replicated in other divisions within ADP. In my current role, Jeff has been a valuable mentor and coach as I transitioned from a Field role to Division. This role includes setting financial goals, review of financial results, forecasting, key financial analysis, and ensuring a strong control environment. • Manage key financial reviews such as the First Quarter Operating review, 5-year Strategic Plan, and Operating Plan. • Act as the financial business partner for the President of the Human Capital Management (HCM) business ($1.7B) as well as his direct reports. • Responsible for all NAS processing teams to ensure standardization and best practices in all administrative functions, including order entry, billing, contract audit, and collections. Key focus is on automation and increased productivity. • Manage directly six Field Controllers. Responsibilities include providing direction and support on key business issues in their region, identifying annual deliverables, and providing performance feedback and development.
