  Oversee a Maintenance Department at The Charter at Beaver Creek in Beaver Creek, Colorado. The Charter at Beaver Creek is a luxury ski-in condominium property with 165 one to five bedroom condominiums. We additionally service and maintain two restaurants, commercial office space, sport shop, indoor and outdoor pool, gym, spa, and 7 acres of grounds and landscaping. Our department handles remodels, general & preventative maintenance, and coordinates with vendors for the largest wooden structure building in North America. We are privileged to work with high profile guests and owners that travel internationally for leisure and business. I established and streamlined an inventory system for our department that has generated 20% more revenue and doubled our efficiency rate in the past four years.I additionally am the property's point of contact for any engineering or maintenance emergencies where I oversee a team of 10 employees. Our staff ranges from Maintenance III technicians to part-time employees during peak season. I'm responsible for training, scheduling and forecasting labor, project management, and managing all work orders for the property.
