Jeff and I arrived at approximately the same time in an understaffed department. Together, we designed and implemented an internal audit methodology for the audit group while developing a comprehensive and risk-based audit plan and approach for the company. Jeff's background in auditing bank operations at large regional institutions proved invaluable in assembling a quality staff with limited funding while directing many concurrent audits at the "troubled" financial institution.
