As the Firm Quality Manager I am responsible for the oversight and performance monitoring of the firm’s Quality Management Program, oversight of the firm quality policies andprocedures and for the communication of these policies to the staff.I am also responsible for ensuring each business unit is operating in a manner consistent with the policies.
