Bio
Troy Wesselman
I first met Jeff in 2007 when I started working for Mag-Ias/Fives Cincinnati. I first have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed working for Jeff. Jeff is the exceedingly rare boss that genuinely cares about the people that work for him. Jeff is the type of person that makes decisions based on what is best for the whole organization, even if that means he personally must make great sacrifices of himself to follow through on that decision. He does not take shortcuts, nor does he take the easy way out. If I were to try and describe Jeff with few words, I would say the following best fit him: Intelligence, Kindness, Openness, Passion, and Approachable. I remember a time when I was down in my morale. And Jeff took 30 minutes to just talk to me in a hallway. This was a president of a company, standing in a hallway, just talking to a low-level subordinate, explaining why things were going the way they were, and what he was trying to do to fix it. Jeff earned my respect that day and he became a person I wanted to follow, and not just a boss to work for. To this day I still periodically ask Jeff for advice and would recommend him and his leadership to anyone.
