I was fortunate to work with Jeff at various times during my tenure at CA Technologies and I strongly recommend Jeff. Jeff has solid and deep knowledge of contract administration, contract drafting/ development and negotiations in both the commercial and Public Sector software/professional services areas. Jeff represents his company extremely well with outside customers finding ways to getting the contract to execution while finding a balance between customer needs and concerns to the company he represents. Jeff is able to succinctly articulate complex contracts and pricing issues to senior management and is viewed as a leader among his peers. Jeff is also fun to work with and keeps a positive attitude especially during hectic quarter closes.

      During my time with CA Technologies, I was able to transition into different roles that allowed me to gain hands on experience guiding contract negotiations and leading business operations. My key contributions have secured over $100M in contracts along with the continuous process improvements for internal training program initiatives.
