Production Planning: Prepare production schedule with incorporating sales forecasting and requirements. Review & analyze the production activities including quality, maintenance, utility consumption etc.Management Planning: Develop, implement, & supervise production plans and strategies. Chair production meetings which address technical issues, problem solving & coordination among related functions. Quality management: Direct & instruct the Quality management for process plants. People management: Train, develop and evaluate the employees.Documentation: Develop and maintain all the required documents for effective and efficient production. SHE, and Housekeeping: Develop and monitor the policies and procedures in relevant areas. Maintain clean and safe working environment that supports production activities. Working as per SHE Standards. Process Improvement/modification are carried out within the agreed Capital Investment budget. Motivate and implement Idea Management, Ensure the Statutory Compliance of the plant all the time. Carry out special assignment given by senior management.
