I was successful in my application to join the GSK Internship in 2018 and the experience has proven to be invaluable to me. Whilst there, I learnt about the vast operations of the global pharmaceutical industry and its impact on modern healthcare. I was given the unique opportunity to understand the journey from research and development through to the marketing and eventual placement of a drug.
