The scope of this endeavour was extensive, involving developing a new lending origination system and Salesforce CRM. A pivotal aspect of the program was transitioning the integration platform to Confluent - Kafka, which seamlessly integrated with the bank's Core Banking System, T24 - Temenos. This initiative significantly transformed the bank's technological landscape, enhancing its capabilities and efficiency. My key contributions included establishing the Program Test Strategy, Planning, and QA Procedures and Tools. I also played a vital role in ensuring the quality of vendor test documentation and took charge of developing UAT strategies, plans, scenarios, and test cases.
