   Software: Collaborate MD, Nextgen, MedGen and EPIC.  Payment posting team receives the payment file and applies the payments in the billing software against the appropriate patient account.  Prepares batch for dates of services, posts, balances and closes for the day .  Sorting payments into batches.  Review and work patient statement .  We post all electronically available payer remits to appropriate account.  Successfully work as a team member.  Post cash and write off the contractual adjustments according while working on the accounts.  Post all denials.  Keep track of payment deposits from Patient and Insurance.  Received payments are indexed and allocating other users.  Training of new staffs.  Completes tasks accurately, maintaining quality standards.  Responsible for posting both patient and insurance checks for multiple clients.
