If you have the opportunity to hire Jedidiah, do so. You won't regret it. He's among the best leaders I have worked with in my 30+ year career. He's emotionally intelligent and a consumate professional who's visionary, strategic, smart, focused and imbued with a humanity that is well, contagious. All of this, plus his sense of humor that make nearly any topic or situation memorable. He is a leader and team member for today's work and work place. He's competent, competitive and someone who can take feedback as well as share it.

I have worked as a freelance photographer with Jedidiah on many projects over the past five years. Jedidiah and I have worked together to identify areas where his non-profit, Ethos Music Center, could use more images in order to tell their story and generate fresh interest in their mission. He has a clear vision of what he wants to see, but he is also a great collaborator and easy to work with, especially in terms of taking grand ideas and figuring out how to realize them in practical terms and in realistic timelines. I have found Jedidiah to be motivated, positive, practical, and focused on long term success, while not losing sight of short term realities. Jedidiah has been a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him whole-heartedly for any position or project that he seeks out.
