  As floor staff I would my job would be concessions, usher, door, or box office. Concessions is the most important job as I would sell customers food, popcorn, and sodas while making sure the work space is clean and that the popcorn is popping and every now and then prepare food at the kitchen in the back. Usher would make sure theaters and hallways are clean, take care of disruptive customers, make sure the rules of the theater are followed, and take out the trash. Door tears tickets and directs customers to their theater and hands out promotional material when available. Box office sells tickets and helps customers know showing times and availability, and informs customers about the showing contents to the best of their knowledge.
