  Serving as interior tooling specialist in Ford Motor Company from May , 2015 to nowaday. I : Achievement: 1. Cost control and saving： each year we globally saved more than one million USD . 2. Support all interior plastic parts for production and ensure them to go through appearance approval milestone. Eg. Thailand Ranger, CAF Aviator, Lincoln Corsair, Mondeo ，Edge，Explore and NA vehicle . 3. One patent and got filed . Two model utility in previous job 4. Innovation： Global Interior “Chief Award" 1 time ， Global Interior “Executive Award" 1 time , 2019 SPE (Society of Plastics Engineers) Innovation Awards (Blue Ribbon ) twice ：as chief said , it is 'Nobel Prize " in NA region and best honor as plastic and tooling engineer . 5.New tooling technology research ： Carbon fiber substituting metal for CCB ，external gas ，core-back foaming，super thin wall，soft touching feel innovation and so on . 6. Training： developed the 101 global tooling training classes that covers "raw plastic material, injection process, mold structure & design , how to review moldflow ,appearance defect solution, advanced tooling technology ,tooling cost & tooling timing control and graining &laser grain . Till now I performed more than 30 times training to CA Ford , JMC Ford, Nanjing Ford ,Thailand Ford and Australia Ford. 7. Hard points breakthrough in tooling industry ：By theory and much practice touched the root cause of tiger stripe , ghosting theory. We summary a systematic solution to the hard points in different way to improve or eliminate . 8. Super short timing tool strategy ：By Coordinating tool and part design process and tool optimizing design structure, from rough cut to T1, it needs 5.5week only for one door panel tool and 8.5 weeks for double door tool. 9. Win “Top Achiever” in 2019 for outstanding performance . II: Role and Responsibility : 1.
