I partner with program administrators, teachers, and therapists, and families around enrollment, classroom implementation of children's individual implementation plans, and overall program efficacy and improvement. We operate three classrooms. Two at Dr. King School, and one at H.W. Smith--both part of the Syracuse City School District. I am currently working as an Early Childhood Education Coach with the CNY PEDALS project. As part of this project, I support teachers to implement a social emotional curriculum called 'Second Step' in sixteen Preschool classrooms in Syracuse, NY. Additionally, I engage teachers in relationship-based professional development, while collaborating with them to support children's social emotional development and needs around challenging behavior.
