Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) of all company accommodations and stores with approximate 4,000+ workers and a total of 7 accommodations and 4 stores. • Responsible in maintaining and implementing the following: - All related risk assessment documents (HIRA) - Internal Auditing according to ISO 9001:2008 standard - Rules and regulations of the camp - Trainings and tool box talk - Evacuation procedures/evacuation plans - Schedules and performs Emergency Evacuation Drill - Environmental assessment - Inspection of welfare facilities - Monitoring Fire alarm systems - Monitoring and Inspection of Fire suppression systems for all kitchens - Monitoring and Inspection of LPG tank sprinklers - Monitoring and Inspection of Fire pump room of all CDC properties (stores and accommodations) - Inspection of fire extinguishers and fire hose reel - Inspection of CCTV - Room inspections - Accommodations and stores’ maintenance - Ensure food handling and food preparation is in line with the company and Government food hygiene standard - Identifying hazards and providing control measures - Facilitating and coordinating Government inspections - Monitoring the statistics of first aid and health related cases - Conducting security briefings • Investigate all injuries, accidents and near misses.
