At MCS NV and MCS Services NV I worked as a support engineer at the Customer Services Center. I mainly started working in this department to obtain sufficient knowledge with the goal to grow towards the Projects department as a Project Engineer. The most interesting part about working for Grundfos Japan was that I worked for a Danish company that was run completely by Japanese people. The sales is of course mainly focussed on the Japanese market, the manufacturing of the parts of the pumps is done in Denmark, then they are disassembled and sent to Japan where the pumps are re-assembled, tested and prepared for shipping. The most interesting part about working for Grundfos Japan was that I worked for a Danish company that was run completely by Japanese people.
